POOL RULES

• A double nappy is compulsory for all children who are not fully potty trained or haven’t been for over 3 months, this is none negotiable.
• Everyone must have a thorough shower before entering the pool; please help us keep the water clean for everyone. Shower gel and shampoo is provided
• Bear feet Only. All footwear to be removed at the entrance door and put neatly away in the shoe storage provided, there are not exceptions eg flip-flops or slippers!
• One swimming adults to every one none swimming child (defined as confidently able to swim 5m unaided)
• Please leave the facility how you found it, mops are poolside, in the changing areas and by the shower for your convenience
• No urinating in the pool
• Hair tied up and remove all jewellery
• No food or drink whatsoever (apart from water in none breakable containers) inside the premises, this includes baby snacks.
• All rubbish to be taken home (including nappies)
• You have access to the centre 5 mins before your booking and 5 mins after ONLY. Do not arrive too early or over stay. This is not fair on others.
• Mandatory compliance with all government advice or restrictions in relation to Covid-19
• Emergency evacuation procedures have been read and understood before hire commences
• No running or diving
• Keep all doors closed
• No access to the pool if you have had diarrhoea in the past 14 days, we can always re-arrange.
• Use of plug sockets is strictly prohibited
• No smoking on site at all (inside or outside)
• Park on the gravel part of the driveway
• Residential area, please keep outside noise to a minimum
• Please respect the family’s privacy and use only the paths and areas necessary and please do not allow your children to play on any toys or equipment that may be visible.
